When Will I Get My Order?

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days

  • Shipping time: 7–12 business days

  • Estimated delivery time: 8–15 business days (Processing + Shipping)

  • Please allow extra time during peak seasons or for custom/personalized items.

Postage & Packaging

  • Flat Rate: $4.99 USD (applies to all orders, regardless of destination)

  • Notes:
    Total Estimated Delivery Time: This is calculated as Handling Time + Transit Time. These are estimates and not guarantees.
    External Delays: Once your order is in transit with the carrier, unforeseen delays (e.g., weather, carrier operational issues) may occur that are beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding.

Tracking Information

When available, we will send you a tracking number with your confirmation email so you can follow your shipment online.

Additional Shipping Notes

  • Orders with multiple items may be shipped separately.

  • Multiple orders placed on the same day cannot be combined.

  • We do not support shipping to multiple addresses within one order. Please place separate orders for different delivery addresses.

  • Shipping addresses cannot be changed once the order goes into processing.

Customs Charges & Delays

For international orders, import taxes, customs fees, and duties (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility. These charges are determined by your country’s customs office. Customs-related delays may occur and are beyond our control. For more details, contact your local customs authority.
